1/2 cup cold purified water

2 scoops Creamy French Vanilla IsaLean Shake

5 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

In a single serve blender, add all ingredients in the order listed and blend on high speed for 20 seconds.
