Deliver Timeframe

Shipping Companies

Isagenix uses FedEx as our primary shipping partner in the United States, and UPS in Canada. We also use other regional carriers in some parts of the United States, which allows us to reduce the delivery time for your order.

Cost of Shipping

Isagenix calculates shipping charges based on the cost of your order. If your product total is less than $50, you will incur a ground shipping charge of $8.95. If your product total is more than $50, you will incur a ground shipping charge of $10.95 or 7% of the total, whichever is greater.

Order Collection

Customers in Arizona have the option to pick up their order at Order Pickup, located inside our Corporate Headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona. Order Pickup is available Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Orders placed by 11:59 p.m., EST are available for pick up the following business day. Please note there is a flat fee of $7.50 for each Will Call order.

Order Tracking

Once the shipping company provides tracking, Isagenix will upload the information to your order invoice, located in the “Orders” section of your Back Office. Clicking the tracking link will redirect you to the shipping company’s website for details.

How does Isagenix ship heat-sensitive items in warmer months?

Between May and October in the United States, Isagenix® ships heat-sensitive items in special eco-friendly cooler cartons made from post-recycled content. The cooler carton is filled with non-toxic ice packs and plant-based inserts to protect your product, and the foam inserts are made from corn and will disintegrate under water. When the U.S. Summer Cooler Program is in effect in your area, any orders including heat-sensitive products will incur an additional $6 fee per two units (e.g. two boxes of Chocolate Cream Crisp IsaLean® Bars, a box of IsaLean Bars and a box of IsaDelight™ Plus, etc.).

What is your return policy?

Isagenix is committed to providing you with high-quality, no-compromise products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return of the following:

  • Your initial order of product placed, opened or unopened.
  • Any product(s) you are trying for the first time, opened or unopened.
  • Your first Autoship order for unopened products only.

Damaged Products

If you receive damaged or defective product(s), please contact the Customer Care team immediately at (877) 877-8111, or by emailing [email protected]. We are happy to replace those products at no charge in lieu of a refund.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email [email protected], or by telephone at (877) 877-8111 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Isagenix reserves the right to decline a refund if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was not issued prior to returning the product(s).

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we ask that you ship the products back to the address provided to you within seven days using a carrier that will provide you with tracking and insurance. If eligible for a refund, Isagenix will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our distribution center. Please check with your bank or financial institution for additional posting timeframes. Shipping and membership fees are non-refundable, and any business or personal volume associated with the products are deducted once the refund is issued.

Why does my credit/debit card keep declining?

The most common reason a payment will decline is due to the billing address. Our payment processor requires that the billing address you provide matches what your bank or financial institution has on file. Please also make sure that you enter your name exactly as it appears on the credit or debit card.

I received a message when placing my order, and the invoice is showing “Not Available.” Did my order go through?

Yes. Your order is in our queue for processing and has not declined. Once the transaction is complete, your order status will change to “Order Processed” and we will send you confirmation to the email address on file.

I received an error stating Isagenix couldn’t retrieve my data. Was my account created?

Why won’t the system allow me to use my email address when joining?

For security reasons, Isagenix requires an email address that is unique to each account. If you previously had an account with us, you will need to provide a different email address for your new account. The same will apply if you are sharing an email address with someone who is currently an Isagenix member.

I am trying to rejoin and the system is not allowing me to enter my Social Security Number.

If you are receiving an error that your Social Security Number already exists in our system, it may be possible that you are not yet eligible to create a new account. Please contact our Customer Care Team at (877) 877-8111 and we can review your account status to confirm.
